By registering for Xplore – The Cultural Fest organized by Netaji Subhas University, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

Participation is open to all students of Class 10th, Class 12th, Undergraduate (UG), and Postgraduate (PG) courses from Netaji Subhas University and other invited institutions. A valid student ID card must be presented during the event.

Registration

Each participant or team must complete the registration form accurately. Incomplete or false information may lead to cancellation of registration or disqualification.

Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain discipline, respect fellow participants, and adhere to the university’s rules and regulations. Any misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or use of abusive language will lead to disqualification.

Event Guidelines

Participants are required to follow all event-specific rules and instructions provided by the organizing committee or event coordinators. The decision of judges and organizers will be final and binding.

Intellectual Property

The university reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and other media content captured during the event for promotional, educational, or documentation purposes.

Liability

The university will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to participants or their belongings during the event.

Punctuality

All participants must report to their designated venues on time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to participate.

Prohibited Items

The possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or any prohibited substances on campus is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate disqualification and disciplinary action.

Authority

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any event or activity in case of unforeseen circumstances.
